Goodbye Stu!

Today I write with great sadness that my (our) beautiful Stu has passed away.  He took his last breath at 9:07am.  Stu has been such a gift to us all.  I know you will miss him as much as the girls, his family and I do.
We will keep him alive in memories and crazy stories, as I know there are many!!

Thank you all from the bottom of my heart for the rides, the shirts, the meals, the hugs, the flowers, the GrubHub meals, the DoorDash, the wristbands, the Cal gear, the FoodSmith meals (SO MANY MEALS FILLED WITH LOVE!!), the Frog Hollow Farms gf, the wine, the dog walks, the Giant's games, the Shark's games, the football games, golf games, Vegas trip, the Ten Ichi birthday bash, the 50th birthday celebration, the neighbors sending our girls to horseback riding camp, the drives to school, watching our kids so Stu and I could go to Maui alone, for using your vacation time to watch our kids during trips to LA, for a place to lay our heads when in LA.  I'm sure I'm forgetting something, but I know and I am so thankful that you've carried us for nearly two straight years!

If you wanted to do something by way of flowers, we would much prefer that you send a small donation to this amazing school that supports underrepresented youth.

For your consideration:

Celebration of Life service will happen in a few weeks.  No funeral or memorial service will happen.
I'm around next week if you want to get together and have a good cry with me! :)
Stick around friends, we want and need you in our lives going forward!!

  2. Sandi, you gave Stu so much unending, loving care for almost 21 months and we cannot thank you or appreciate what you lived with for so long. Because of you I am sure that he was with us longer. We will all miss his wonderful smile and thoughtfulness in every aspect of his life. He will live on with us always in the beautiful memories that his family and friends have.
